Ultrasonic Beauty Transducers for Device Manufacturers

These are transducer parts for manufacturers building skin care equipment, not finished handpieces. The catalogue includes 1 MHz units for facial and body heads, a 1.1 MHz two-crystal assembly, and a part specified for 1 and 3 MHz. The metal head has to fit the housing; the ceramic and wiring also have to work with the driver.

Already have a handpiece on the bench? Please send us its head drawing or the old part. We can compare the mounting and electrical readings with the five parts below. A label that says “1 MHz” tells us too little about whether one part can replace another.

Discuss a transducer specification

Compare frequency and contact geometry

Compare the front face and head dimensions first: the eye-contour head is compact, while the body head uses a larger crystal. The two-crystal and 1/3 MHz designs have different layouts again. For a new ODM head, we need the cavity drawing and driver details alongside the frequency request.

Choose a beauty transducer by device design

The sizes below come from the linked product records. Some describe a ceramic disc, others a head; neither gives the installed clearance. If you have a housing drawing, compare it with a sample assembly before placing a production order.

ComponentListed frequencyPublished geometrySelection starting point
Skin-tightening transducer1.1 MHzDual crystals, Φ25 + Φ15 mmTwo discs: check where each sits in the head.
Eye-contour transducer1 MHz25 mm compact formatCheck the nose of the handpiece and its mount.

Facial transducer1 MHz30 mm component; two housing optionsWhich housing matches your connector?
Dual-frequency transducer1 MHz / 3 MHzOne component, two specified frequenciesAsk for readings at each drive point.

A single-component 1/3/10/17 MHz four-frequency configuration is handled as a custom engineering enquiry. There is no published product record for it yet; feasibility and measured performance must be confirmed for the proposed device.

How to specify a component

Mechanical fit

Provide the handpiece drawing, available cavity, contact-face diameter, mounting method, connector and cable route. A crystal diameter is not the complete assembled size.

Electrical matching

A driver schematic helps us compare more than the MHz label. Please include the supply limits and any impedance or capacitance readings you have. For a two-frequency unit, we also need to know how the driver changes modes.

Sample checks

On the sample, measure resonance and impedance, then check the temperature rise during the proposed duty cycle. The drawing should record the dimensions that matter at assembly. Agree on pass limits for these checks before the production run.

OEM and ODM engineering support

SonerC works on the ceramic and metal assembly for beauty equipment makers. A change to the head diameter can also affect the shell, cable exit and driver match, so send the drawing as a set. If your machine tracks frequency while running, include that circuit description. The tracking happens in the machine; the catalogue parts do not all have that function.

For a replacement, an old unit and its electrical readings give us a useful reference. A new head begins with a drawing and sample checks. We quote the agreed build once its dimensions and test limits are settled. The production process and ceramics range show related work at SonerC.

Buyer questions

Is a 1 MHz beauty transducer the same as a HIFU transducer?

No. “1 MHz” appears on many unrelated heads. It says nothing by itself about focus, acoustic output or allowable duty cycle. None of the catalogue parts shown here is specified as a HIFU head. A HIFU project would need its own drawing, acoustic data and device safety review.

Can an existing 1 MHz ultrasonic transducer be replaced by one of these parts?

Possibly, but first compare the complete head, plug and available electrical readings. A photo of the old part beside a ruler and its part number are useful. We cannot call it a drop-in replacement from the MHz marking alone.

What does an ultrasonic transducer ODM enquiry need?

Send the head drawing, the space inside the handpiece and a description of the driver. Tell us whether you need 1 MHz, 3 MHz or another frequency, and show the plug and cable route. Add the intended order quantity and any sample checks your team already uses. We can compare those notes with a catalogue unit or discuss a new assembly.

Does this category include complete ultrasonic beauty devices?

The five listings are components. They do not include the electronics or housing of a finished skin care device. If you are sourcing a complete machine, tell us that in the enquiry so we can discuss the appropriate supply scope.
