01 About Shenzhen Soner

Ultrasonic Engineering, From Core Components to Complete Products

Shenzhen Soner Technology Co., Ltd. develops piezoelectric ceramics, ultrasonic transducers, matched PCBA solutions and complete ultrasonic products for OEM and industrial customers.

Our engineers look at the acoustic parts, driving electronics and product structure as one system. That makes it easier to turn a requirement into something that can be tested, built and repeated in production.

02 Who We Are

Built Around the Application

Soner was established in Shenzhen in 2022. We work with product developers, OEM brands and industrial buyers who need more than a standard catalogue part.

Some projects begin with a drawing. Others begin with an existing sample, a performance target or a problem in the field. We start by understanding the application, then review the ceramic element, transducer, circuit and mechanical structure in that context.

A customer can work with us on one component, a matched subsystem or a complete ultrasonic product.

03 Connected Capabilities

One Ultrasonic Development System

The parts of an ultrasonic product affect one another. Our job is to make those connections visible early in the project.

01

Piezoelectric Ceramics

Discs, rings and other geometries made to defined material, dimensional, electrode and resonance requirements.

02

Ultrasonic Transducers

Structures developed around frequency, power, space, mounting, load and working conditions.

03

Matched PCBA

Driving and control electronics evaluated alongside the selected transducer and product load.

04

Complete Products

Acoustic, electronic and mechanical development brought together for testing and production.

04 Why Matching Matters

Designed to Work Together

A transducer may meet its own drawing and a PCBA may pass a bench test, yet the finished product can still behave differently once the load and mechanical structure are introduced.

We therefore review the acoustic and electronic sides together. Frequency response, impedance, power, mounting and operating conditions are considered before the design moves toward production. This reduces uncertainty between the first working sample and later production units.

05 Engineering Team

Different Disciplines, One Project

The people involved depend on the work. A ceramic part needs a focused technical review; a new ultrasonic cleaner may call for acoustic, electronic, structural, tooling and compliance input.

  • Piezoelectric ceramic and acoustic engineering
  • Ultrasonic transducer engineering
  • Electronics hardware and PCBA development
  • Mechanical structure design
  • Mold and tooling engineering
  • Production engineering
  • Quality assurance
  • Certification coordination
06 Quality & Compliance

Evidence Buyers Can Review

Quality control begins before mass production. The checks used on a project depend on its component, application and destination market.

Quality Control

Incoming, in-process and finished-product inspection is applied according to the product and project requirements.

Documented Records

Quality-system and social-compliance records can be supplied for review with their holder, scope and validity dates.

Product Compliance

Selected models have completed applicable CE procedures or obtained GS and SAA approvals. Scope varies by model and market.

GS certificate for selected Soner ultrasonic cleaner models
GS ApprovalSelected models SE-960 / SE-960A. Certificate validity shown to 25 June 2028.
SAA approval for selected Soner ultrasonic cleaner models
SAA ApprovalGlobal-Mark certificate GMA-520061. Expiry shown as 29 August 2029.
TUV Rheinland CE conformity documentation for Soner ultrasonic cleaner
CE DocumentationTÜV Rheinland documentation for ultrasonic cleaner model SE-931, dated 9 July 2024.
CB test certificate for selected Soner ultrasonic cleaner models
CB Test CertificateSelected models SE-960 / SE-960A, issued 7 August 2024.
Document status: the supplied ISO 9001 certificate shows an expiry date of 19 December 2025, and the supplied amfori BSCI monitoring report shows an expiry date of 9 December 2025. They are therefore treated as historical records in this draft, not as current certifications. Replace them with renewed documents before making a current ISO or BSCI claim.

Our certification engineers consider structural, electrical, material, labeling and documentation requirements during development. We also have experience coordinating testing work with recognized laboratories, including TÜV Rheinland. Certification availability always depends on the product model and intended market.
