What to Check Before You Choose
Basket and tank layout. Ask for the usable dimensions of your selected model.
Usable space. Measure the part in its intended cleaning position. Tank dimensions and basket dimensions are different, and neither should be confused with the working liquid depth.
Batch weight. Tell us the weight of each part and how many you plan to load together. Basket capacity and the proposed loading arrangement need to be checked for that model.
Material and residue. Oil on a steel fitting is a different task from polishing residue on a coated component. Include the material, any surface treatment and the cleaning agent you currently use.
Daily workload. A few small batches in a repair shop and repeated production batches need different reviews. Share your expected batches per day, available power supply and any cycle-time target.
If the part is too large for this range, ask about an industrial ultrasonic cleaner or a custom tank. We can review the requirement before recommending a machine.

Discuss Your Workshop Application
Automotive component positioned in the basket during an actual cleaning test.
Carburetors and small service parts. Send the dimensions of the dismantled components and describe the deposits. Seals, coatings and other sensitive materials need to be considered before selecting a cleaning process.
Bicycle components. For chains, cassettes and other removable parts, check the batch layout and basket space. Tell us which components will be cleaned together rather than choosing by tank capacity alone.
Machined parts. Share the material, part drawing and residue left by the machining process. If the part has small passages or a specified cleanliness requirement, include those details in the enquiry.
These are applications to discuss, not a guarantee that every part or material is suitable. Cleaning results need to be checked with the proposed load and process.

Engineering Support from Shenzhen Soner
Ultrasonic transducer impedance measurement
Our work covers piezoelectric ceramics, ultrasonic transducers, driving PCBA and complete ultrasonic products. That lets us review the acoustic components and the electronics together when a project calls for a different configuration.
For a workshop purchase, the starting point is a suitable existing model. For an OEM project, we can discuss whether changes to the tank, controls or ultrasonic system are needed. Any custom configuration is subject to engineering review.

OEM Supply for Distributors and Equipment Brands
Looking for an ultrasonic parts cleaner manufacturer for your own range? Tell us the target market, expected quantity and whether you need an existing model or a modified design.
We can discuss branding and packaging, the control panel, tank requirements and the transducer-and-PCBA configuration. The quotation should identify the agreed specification and distinguish standard items from requested changes.
Ask us to confirm sample availability, minimum order quantity, lead time, included accessories and the documents available for the quoted model. Certification scope must be checked against the exact product version and destination market; it should not be assumed from another model in the range.

Questions Before Ordering
Can I choose a cleaner by its litre rating?
Use capacity to narrow the range, then check the usable basket dimensions, working liquid level and allowable load. A long part may need a different tank shape even when its volume is small.
What information should I send for a recommendation?
A clear photo, dimensions, material, part weight and residue description are a good start. Add the number of parts per batch, daily workload and destination country.
Are frequency and heating settings the same on every model?
Do not assume that they are. Ask for the specification of the version being quoted, including ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power, heater rating and control functions. A frequency adjustment or programme feature should be confirmed in the model documentation.
Which cleaning liquid should I use?
Use a suitable water-based ultrasonic cleaning solution approved for the machine, tank and parts. Follow the equipment instructions and the cleaning-agent supplier's directions. Do not put IPA, petrol, acetone or other flammable liquids directly into the cleaning tank.
Can Soner quote for a custom version?
Yes. Send the proposed changes and order requirements. We will review the project and confirm the scope in the quotation rather than treating every custom feature as a standard option.
