A longer tank for the repair bench
A repair bench can run out of room lengthways before it needs a deeper cleaner. SE-22LBH is our 22L ultrasonic parts cleaner with a 500 × 300 × 150mm tank, 480W ultrasound and 600W heating. It has an LCD screen, a degas function and five power selections. The timer can be set within 0–24 hours.
Bring the dimensions of the removed parts to the selection stage. Brackets, machined pieces and housing sections are useful examples to discuss, but we need their actual size. Two housings from different gearboxes can need quite different amounts of room.
What changes when moving to a 500mm tank?
For comparison, the 10L model SE-10LBH measures 300mm along the tank and 240mm across it. SE-22LBH adds 200mm along and 60mm across. Depth? Still 150mm. A longer row of parts is one reason to consider the 22L unit. A taller casting is a different question.
Try drawing the proposed load on paper, with gaps between the pieces. Does it need a longer row, or more height? Then check it against the basket dimensions for the order. Basket walls and handles occupy room inside the tank, and the liquid does not reach the rim. We have not specified a usable basket size here. In particular, do not order on the assumption that a 500mm part fits a 500mm tank.

Power is selected in steps. The table lists all five. Those numbers describe the selection made at the panel, not a measurement on the workpiece itself.
Plan the work around dismantled parts
What comes off the repair bench and into the cleaner? List the pieces separately. For a bracket, note its material and the oil or residue on it. With a housing, check what remains attached after disassembly. Seals? A coating? Include those in the job notes, along with the recesses that need inspection. The cleaning chemistry has its own instructions, and so does the component. Check both before deciding on the liquid.
The images below place the cleaner beside a few different bench arrangements. They are not load-test records. Make your own layout with the pieces laid apart, not piled up face to face. A recess may hold air when lowered into liquid. Another surface may sit too high to be immersed. If you turn the housing to address either problem, check its dimensions in that position rather than using the original measurement.
Leave a route from the dirty-parts area to the cleaner, then to rinsing and drying. Where does inspection happen? Plan that area before the machine arrives. Timing and load weight are still open questions for your job. Neither can be taken from a scene image or from a different customer's parts.
LCD, degassing and five power choices
Use degas to prepare fresh solution by helping to remove dissolved gas. The LCD shows your selected settings. Keep a short job note once a process has been established: liquid used, temperature, time and which of the five power steps was selected. Next time the same job comes in, you have something more useful than "we used the medium setting".
There are two power ratings because the heater and ultrasound do different work. Temperature still has to suit the part and liquid. The timer can count a much longer interval than a short workshop job may need; its maximum is not a recommended cycle. In particular, do not use that maximum as permission to leave the unit running overnight unattended. The supplied instructions govern its use.
From a standard model to an OEM supply brief
Buying SE-22LBH under your own brand? Send the logo, carton requirements and manual language as one part of the brief. Send requests for a different tank, electrical supply or controller as another. Artwork can be reviewed against the standard machine; an engineering change needs its own feasibility review and agreed specification.
An OEM/ODM enquiry needs a destination market and an estimated quantity, as well as the cleaning job. Mark every departure from the standard table above. At the sample stage, compare the unit with that marked-up specification. Then agree the production version and release the artwork against it. Further changes need a dated revision on the order. Do not leave them only in an email beside an older specification.
MOQ, delivery dates and certification coverage need to be agreed for the actual order. They are not fixed by the scene images on this page.

That simple check matters in a modified design: the tank drawing might be new while the controller requirement is still the old one.

Questions buyers should settle before ordering
Is SE-22LBH a complete transmission cleaner?
We have not established a complete-transmission fit. Send dimensions of the component after removal. Compare them with the ordered basket and the working liquid depth, not merely the 22L capacity.
Why choose 22L instead of 10L?
It depends on what needs more room. For pieces laid along the bench, compare length and width with the two tanks. For a tall piece, look elsewhere in the range for a suitable depth: both of these tanks are 150mm deep.
Is its ultrasonic power continuously adjustable?
No. Five steps are available, as shown in the table; there are no settings between them.
Does the 24-hour timer mean it can run unattended overnight?
No. That is the setting range. Follow the supplied instructions for operation and supervision; do not infer an overnight cleaning procedure from the timer alone.
What should an OEM enquiry contain?
The model, sales market and quantity, followed by your branding requirements and any engineering changes. For the cleaning job, include part dimensions, material and residue. A simple loading sketch is helpful for long pieces.
