Products Description
This custom ring piezoelectric ceramic transducer features a central through-hole design, allowing easy integration with metal mass blocks, central bolts, and horns to form a bolt-clamped Langevin transducer. The ring structure ensures uniform mechanical stress distribution via the central aperture and supports stacking configurations to enhance displacement output.
Depending on the piezo ring size, the ultrasonic cleaning transducer can deliver power outputs from 10W up to 120W, with adjustable operating frequencies between 20 kHz and 100 kHz. This flexibility enables tailored performance for various ultrasonic cleaning applications, optimizing power and frequency according to specific cleaning requirements.
