01 Our Service

Custom Ultrasonic Engineering and Manufacturing Services

Bring us a drawing, an existing sample or an application that is not yet working as expected. Soner can support one component, a matched transducer-and-PCBA system or a complete ultrasonic product.

02 Choose Your Starting Point

Support That Fits the Project

Not every customer needs a complete development program. We define the scope around what is already known and what still needs to be solved.

01

Custom Component

A ceramic element or transducer made from a drawing, sample or application requirement.

02

Matched Subsystem

A transducer and driving PCBA selected or developed together for the actual load.

03

Complete Product

An ultrasonic cleaner developed from a specification, reference design or intended use.

04

Production Transfer

Tooling, pilot-build and quality support for a verified design moving into production.

03 What We Can Build

Four Ways We Support Ultrasonic Projects

Custom Piezoelectric Ceramics

We make ceramic discs, rings and other geometries to agreed material, dimensional, electrode and resonance requirements.

  • Material grade and geometry
  • Outer and inner diameter
  • Thickness and electrodes
  • Target resonance characteristics
  • Samples and production quantities

Ultrasonic Transducer Design

A nominal frequency is only the starting point. We also review power, dimensions, mounting, load, duty cycle, operating temperature and working environment.

Depending on the project, the work may include structure design, material selection, samples, impedance evaluation, performance checks and preparation for production.

Matched PCBA Solutions

The same driving board does not behave identically with every transducer and load. Where required, we evaluate the electronics with the acoustic assembly and the product structure.

  • Driving-circuit development
  • Frequency and power review
  • Control functions
  • Prototype PCBA production
  • SMT assembly and inspection
  • Integration testing

Ultrasonic Cleaner OEM and ODM

We support household, professional and industrial cleaner projects. A customer may begin with a finished specification, a reference sample, an appearance concept or an application problem.

The scope can cover acoustic configuration, electronics, controls, mechanical structure, materials, tooling, prototypes, testing, certification preparation and production.

04 Project Process

A Practical Route From Requirement to Production

The sequence can be shortened for component projects or expanded for a completely new product.

01

Requirement Review

Application, parameters, target cost, quantity, market and schedule.

02

Technical Evaluation

Acoustic, electronic, structural, material and compliance considerations.

03

Proposal

Technical direction, responsibilities, sample plan and project milestones.

04

Prototype

Samples for electrical, acoustic, functional and mechanical review.

05

Testing & Revision

Results are reviewed and the design is adjusted where needed.

06

Tooling & Compliance

Molds, documents and test preparation for applicable products.

07

Pilot Build

A limited run checks assembly, inspection criteria and process stability.

08

Volume Production

Controlled production with the agreed checks and acceptance criteria.

09

Engineering Follow-up

Reported issues are traced, investigated and addressed with corrective action.

05 Testing & Compliance

Requirements Considered Before the Final Sample

Compliance can influence materials, insulation, temperature control, electrical design, labeling and documentation. Reviewing it early can prevent avoidable redesign.

Preliminary Review

Target market, product construction, electrical ratings, materials and available documentation.

Laboratory Coordination

Test-sample preparation and communication with recognized laboratories, including experience with TÜV Rheinland projects.

Issue Follow-up

Technical support when testing identifies a design, component or documentation issue.

Selected product models have completed applicable CE procedures or obtained GS and SAA approvals. Requirements and approval scope vary by product and market; certification is not implied for every custom project.
