40khz 60W ultrasonic cleaning transducer consist of 2pcs piezo ring which is made of Pzt 4 material. the piezo ring is 30W each. Our 6L Ultrasonic parts cleaner is using this 40 khz transducer.


How to ensure the quality of 40khz 60W ultrasonic cleaning transducer
Basing on our production experience. All the piezo ring will have strict control on from the preparation of the raw material, grinding to the sintering in production line. The grinding process we will have 3 times process to ensure the fineness of the materials and fundamentally ensure the quality of the piezo ring. The mixing process we use own design mixing equipment to ensure the material mix evenly and to guarantee the quality of piezo ring.
After assembly the ultrasonic transducer, we will strict quality check on the production line 100%,double checking the electrical data to ensure the quality.

A: Normally, there are 4 piece 40KHz ultrasonic transducer for 10L ultrasonic cleaner, and the ultrasonic power is around 240W which is enough for most cleaning purpose. but we can make a customize 40KHz piezo ultrasonic transducer to be 400W. so you should judge the what power you actual need is base on what kind of dirt you need to remove.
Q: Can 40KHz ultrasonic transducer be installed vertically or horizontally?
A: Yes, it can be installed vertically or horizontally in a ultrasonic cleaner. Because the front cover must attached onto the ultrasonic cleaning tank by a glue, it will not affect the cleaning effect no matter installed vertically or horizontally.
Q: 40KHz ultrasonic transducer has weak vibration, how to fix?
A: It is most importantly to check the following issue:
1.Please confirm Whether the ultrasonic power is lower than normal ultrasonic power.
If yes, it means there is possibility that the ultrasonic generator has something wrong which you need to further check. Or you need to check whether the ultrasonic transducer is dead or not.
