40 khz 100W ultrasonic cleaning transducer can generate 100W ultrasonic power stably that is because it assemble with 2pcs 50W piezo ceramic which is produced by my own production line. We do have the formulation of the piezo ceramic and with 20years development we do adjust the ratio to ensure the quality of the piezo ceramic sheet. Or there will be quality problem such as the ultrasonic power can't reach to 100W, and the broken of the piezo ceramic. Of course, the formulation is the key factor to ensure

the quality, further more, we do have strict quality control on the production lien while sintering, especially the temperature of the production line, which will contribute the quality of the ceramic.
