Looking for the LCD version of SONER's 6 liter ultrasonic parts cleaner? This is SE-6000BH. It has a degas key and five power selections, alongside the heater and timer. Ultrasound is rated 120 W; the heater is 240 W and timing is 5–60 minutes.
The H suffix matters. The standard SE-6000B uses a different configuration, so a purchasing brief should identify which version is required.

Degas, power and timing on one panel
A dedicated degas function
The separate DEA key controls degassing. The product file does not specify a verified duration, so the operating instructions supplied with the approved sample govern this step. Do not infer a universal cleaning result from the key's presence.
Five selectable power levels
Choose from 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% or 100%. There is no continuous 0–100% control in this specification. A trial with the intended part is needed before deciding which of the five levels to use.
LCD, heater and timer
MODE, UP and DOWN are grouped around the screen; heating has a HEAT control. The heater is rated 240 W, ultrasound 120 W. The timer runs from 5 to 60 minutes.

Ask for SE-6000BH by name. A quotation saying only "6L cleaner" leaves the controls unspecified. Check that the sample and product sheet carry the same model identification.
The tank measures 300 × 150 × 150 mm. Basket clearance will be smaller and has not been established here. For this small parts ultrasonic cleaner, obtain that measurement before accepting an assembly that is close to the tank's dimensions.

A closer look at the supplied hardware
Tank and basket
This top view shows the basket in the tank, with handles at both ends. Measurements taken inside the basket, rather than across the tank rim, are needed for part selection.
Side drain valve
The drain is on the side below the carrying handle. Leave room for the drain connection and a collection container in the proposed installation.
Lid and supplied set
A metal lid with a central handle is shown here. Put the lid, basket and electrical version on the accessory list for the quotation; the list defines the set being supplied.

Will the intended part fit?
Which part will go into this 6L ultrasonic cleaner with heater and timer? Give its overall dimensions, not just the diameter of its main body. A sketch can show a mounting lug or other projection. We also need to know its material, finish and the dirt or residue you want to remove.
Basket clearance
The whole part must fit the measured basket space. Protrusions count, as does the number of pieces you plan to load at once.
Liquid and temperature

The 300 × 150 × 150 mm measurement belongs to the tank, not the basket. To plan a load, compare the actual basket clearance with your part's overall dimensions.
A repair-shop assembly or bicycle component needs a fit and material review. Establish the liquid, temperature, power level and time in the trial brief. The scene shows a bench arrangement, not the result of a cleaning trial.

What can be specified for a branded BH order?
Do you need your own logo on the cleaner, a different carton or instructions in another language? These options are listed in SONER's BH product file. A different control or heating specification is an engineering request, not a branding option.
OEM: logo, instructions and packing
Send the logo artwork and indicate where it should appear. Include the instruction language and carton requirements. The accessory list should name the lid and basket rather than leaving the supplied set to a photograph.
ODM: a defined design change
If the standard controls, output or heater do not meet the brief, tell us what needs to change and what the machine must do. Engineering review and a sample precede approval. Until then, the standard BH ratings remain 120 W ultrasound, 240 W heating and 5–60 minute timing.
Voltage and market reports
Name the destination country and required electrical version. Request the documents for the electrical version you intend to order. We quote minimum quantity, any development cost and the schedule against the brief; the capacity alone does not determine them.
From sample review to order specification
- Brief: submit part dimensions, material, purchase quantity, market and requested branding or design changes.

Questions before choosing the 6L BH version
How does SE-6000BH differ from SE-6000B?
The added H identifies this LCD-panel version with degas and power selection. When comparing quotations, first check the full model number; a standard B specification is not the specification for this BH machine.
Is ultrasonic power continuously adjustable?
No. There are five choices, listed in the specification table: 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% and 100%. Run time is a different setting, with a range of 5–60 minutes.
Will my carburetor or bike part fit this tank?
We cannot establish that from the word "carburetor" or "bike part". Supply the actual dimensions and compare them with basket clearance. The next question is process compatibility, including the material and finish, before a trial is agreed.
Which accessories should I check?
The BH photographs include a lid and basket, and the product file also lists the basket. Have both named in the quotation if that is the set you need.
