Large-capacity industrial platform

540L Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner for Large Components

The SE-540L reference has a 1000 × 900 × 600 mm tank interior. Listed power is 0–5400 W ultrasonic and 18000 W heating. It is the purple-panel machine shown in the real photographs below.

Looking at this large capacity ultrasonic cleaner for a particular part? Send its drawing with your enquiry. We need to discuss the complete load, what needs removing and how you check the result. The reference has a choice of 28 kHz or 40 kHz configuration; electrical details depend on the destination.

Workpiece fit

Start with the part-not the litre label

Complete dimensions

For the fit review, send the drawing you use for the complete assembly, including any fixture. A photograph helps explain the loading direction, but cannot supply missing measurements. Ports, flanges and other projections belong in the dimensions.

Material and residue

A cleaning enquiry needs the material and the unwanted residue. Note any coating or surface finish you want to preserve. An inspection specification is useful here: it tells us what your team means by an acceptable cleaned part.

Weight and throughput

A single-part weight is useful; a batch weight answers a different question. We need both, along with the number of parts required per shift. No allowable load weight or handling arrangement has been established by the tank dimensions on this page.

540 L is the geometric volume calculated from the listed interior dimensions. Working solution quantity remains an enquiry item, as do loading clearance and weight capacity. A load displaces liquid; the remaining space above the working level is also excluded from the operating fill.

Electrical enquiry note: "220 V available" is not enough information for this machine. Which supply is available for the heater, and at what frequency? Heating is 18000 W and requires three-phase power. The ultrasonic input is configured separately for either 100–110 V or 220–240 V; it is not a universal-input rating. Include both supplies in the enquiry before installation requirements are agreed.

Application assessment

A large ultrasonic parts cleaner for the right load

Machined components, service housings and tooling are possible subjects for a cleaning enquiry. An enquiry headed "engine block" still needs a drawing of that block. The same applies to molds: the name gives us a context, but not the measurements or the cleaning requirement.

Here the workpieces are on a bench, outside the machine. That placement is deliberate. This generated picture makes no claim that they were loaded or cleaned. A project review needs two different answers: whether the proposed load fits, and whether a trial meets your inspection criteria.

Unlike the workshop illustrations, these are unchanged photographs of the actual product. The purple control panel, stainless-steel cabinet, wheels and removable lid are visible. A basket or automatic lift is not confirmed as part of this configuration.

Project-specific design

Configure the cleaning tank around your requirement

You do not have to start a custom enquiry with a finished machine specification. Describe the actual job. SonerC can use that information to propose dimensions, frequency, transducer quantity, heating power and a supply arrangement. Changes to the reference build are quoted separately.

Tank and external dimensions

A larger tank changes the space needed around the equipment, not just the space inside it. Send a layout of the intended location with the loading access marked. We can then discuss an enclosure size alongside the required tank interior.

Frequency and transducers

28 kHz and 40 kHz are available configuration choices. The proposed transducer quantity and layout depend on the job. The wattage in the table does not tell you how many transducers are fitted.

Heating and supply

Tell us the available voltage and supply frequency at the site. The heater needs three-phase power, even when the specified ultrasonic input is 100–110 V or 220–240 V.

Buyer questions

How much solution should we prepare?

There is no working fill quantity specified here. Ask for the liquid level for your proposed load before arranging the solution; the 540 L label alone is insufficient.

Is this a frequency-switching model?

Do not order it on that assumption. The supplied reference offers a 28 kHz build or a 40 kHz build. On-unit switching has not been confirmed.

What about loading equipment?

A basket and a lifting mechanism are not listed as confirmed standard items. Tell us how you plan to handle the parts, so these items can be addressed in the quotation rather than assumed from an illustration.

We have a part, but no machine specification. Can we enquire?

Yes. Start with its drawing or photographs and the cleaning requirement. Add weight, batch size and shift output, then the space and electrical supply available. SonerC can develop a proposal from that information.
