175L Heavy-Duty Ultrasonic Cleaning System
An SE-175L tank platform for evaluating larger service parts, castings and assemblies that require a documented 700 × 500 × 500 mm internal tank.
For a heavy duty ultrasonic cleaner, nominal volume is only the starting point. Confirm the workpiece envelope, open-tank loading clearance, safe load, material and soil before selecting the process. This 175 L configuration has no lid or basket. SonerC can then discuss the suitable 28 or 40 kHz configuration and supporting equipment.

Selection first
Will your heavy component actually fit?
The 700 mm tank length does not mean every 680 mm part can be cleaned. A usable loading envelope depends on open-tank clearance, any separately specified fixture, immersion level and component orientation. This 175 L model does not include a basket.
Measure the whole part
Include projections, ports and lifting points on cylinder heads, gearbox housings, pump parts or tooling-not just the nominal casting size.
Check the loaded assembly
Compare the part and any separately specified fixture with the open-tank clearance, planned liquid level and approved load. Ask for a drawing check before committing to a tank.
Define the soil
Describe oil, grease, chips, carbon or process residue and identify delicate surfaces. Cleaning chemistry, temperature and trial method should follow the actual material and contamination.

Application review
A large ultrasonic parts cleaner for the right load-not every load
The SE-175L may be evaluated for appropriately sized engine-service parts, gearbox housings, pump components and industrial tooling. Each is a candidate application, not a claim that every part fits or a guaranteed cleaning result.
Engine-service components
Send the cylinder-head or component drawing, material, maximum weight and contamination. Review orientation and internal passages before defining the cleaning trial.
Gearbox and pump housings
Check oil galleries, blind holes, fixture contact and drainage. A heated ultrasonic cleaner for gearbox housings still needs compatible chemistry and an agreed inspection method.
Tooling and castings
Provide coating and surface-finish requirements as well as residue samples. Frequency, power and handling method should be reviewed against those constraints.

Is this a dual-frequency switchable unit?
The model sheet lists 28/40 kHz. It does not establish on-unit switching. Confirm whether the quoted unit is 28 kHz, 40 kHz or another engineered configuration.
Will my cylinder head or gearbox fit?
Not from a volume label alone. Send complete part dimensions, weight, loading orientation and any separately specified fixture drawing for a fit review.
What do 0–2400 W and 6000 W mean?
They are the model-sheet ultrasonic-power range and heating-power figure. The final controls, supply and performance must be confirmed for the ordered version.
What should I send to SonerC?
