Product Description
The 1.1 MHz operating frequency targets the dermis layer, where collagen fibers respond to thermal stimulus. The QM 650 quality factor indicates low loss during electrical-to-mechanical energy conversion.
This frequency and QM combination works with standard push-pull driver circuits commonly used in aesthetic equipment. If you're currently using 1 MHz or 1.2 MHz transducers, this unit may be a direct replacement with circuit adjustments.


The 1.1 MHz ultrasonic transducer configuration uses PZT-4 piezoelectric material. We select components that meet our incoming QC criteria, but final performance depends on your integration, including mounting method and driver settings.
Frequency is tested at 25°C ambient temperature. Performance at other temperatures may vary. If your device operates outside -20°C to +80°C, let us know during the design phase.
