01 Application Review
Defining the tank around the polishing process
The customer described the required ultrasonic bath as "not deep, but long and wide." He also explained that vibration performance was important for separating diamond abrasive from the part during lapping and polishing.
Before confirming a solution, our team asked about the existing cleaner, including its ultrasonic power, frequency and transducer arrangement. 02 Export Preparation
Correcting the documents before customs clearance
The shipment destination was confirmed as Serbia. Before dispatch, the customer requested a Certificate of Origin so that the documents could be checked for import clearance. The shipping file included the commercial invoice, packing list and Certificate of Origin.
During the document review, the customer advised that Serbian customs needed the ultrasonic bath model or type to appear clearly. We revised the relevant document and returned it for the customer's customs broker. We also confirmed that the bath was supplied for an industrial polishing application, not as medical equipment.

Following the order through clearance and first use
After shipment, our export team stayed in contact while the bath was in customs. We asked whether further information was required and followed up again after clearance. The customer later confirmed that the shipment had arrived and customs clearance was complete.
We then asked about the product's performance. After his first trial, the customer reported that everything appeared excellent. That feedback closed the first-use stage of the project, while leaving a direct contact route available for later operating questions.
