Single Crystal Ultrasonic Straight Probe/Transducer consists of a socket, a shell, a protective film, a piezoelectric chip, a sound-absorbing material, etc. The straight probe longitudinal wave detection is generally used to detect raw materials such as steel plates and forgings or materials after normalizing.

The functions of the components of the straight probe are as follows:

(1) The transmission/reception of ultrasonic waves are completed by piezoelectric chips;

(2) The protective film is made of high-hardness corundum sheets, which are wear-resistant;

(3) Aluminum alloy shell, surface sandblasting treatment;

(4) The sound-absorbing material is used to absorb the noise on the back of the chip;

(5) The socket is an electrical signal interface, which is connected to the instrument through the probe line.
